To enjoy a wonderful first session: take a seat on your massage chair und make sure that you won't be disturbed within the next 30 minutes. Put on the headphones and have your visualization glasses ready. Dial the number of a program of your choice - that is all you have to do. (It is just as easy to start any of the other included programs.)

Close your eyes and put on the glasses. You will hear everything else you need to know via headphones. And now: simply let go, relax, indulge, enjoy....

Your Shiatsu massage chair starts out with a releasing massage, while you listen to beautiful, relaxing music. After a few minutes, the chair reclines and the brainLight-session begins. A pleasant voice guides you into a state of deep relaxation and at the same time light impulses create magical colours, shapes and patterns in front of your inner eye.

The session is concluded with a gentle wake-up massage to help you master your challenges in a fit and balanced state of mind and body. - An experience of pure and holistic wellbeing.
